Company Spotlight: Decades Later, Quality Still Prevails – Bold Colors, Sharp Logos and High-Quality Production and Value Keep Lowen a Step Ahead

RISMEDIA, January 17, 2011—For 60 years, Lowen Sign Company has designed, manufactured and printed real estate signs for independent real estate companies and major franchise brokerages across the country. With a new printing facility located in Hutchinson, Kansas, Lowen has continued delivering eye-catching riders, yard signs, for sale signs, and more, as the largest real estate signage manufacturer in the entire country…all while maintaining its guarantee for speed and quality.

It’s this factor that has kept Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell coming back for over 30 years. According to Marketing Director Frank Turk, Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell uses Lowen exclusively to stock up on materials for listings and other agent needs.

“Their quality is incomparable in the marketplace,” says Turk, whose brokerage frequently buys in bulk from Lowen. “Normally, you’d pay a premium for high quality, but Lowen is competitive price-wise even with its high standards.”

Lowen facilitates the ordering process with its easy-to-use online system for offices and agents. Once orders are placed, the product is delivered within seven to 10 days, according to Turk. In addition, Lowen is the only major sign company to print custom name and message riders overnight for shipment the next business day.

Lowen’s confidence in its products is proven through its warranties offered to protect its signs against fading and peeling. Turk, however, has never encountered any falter in Lowen’s products. He has, however, been subject to Lowen’s excellent customer service after a 13-office acquisition led Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell to seek products for its new locations.

Rather than feeling forced to replace entire signs that had already been purchased, Lowen arranged to print stickers for the new office names, taking care of the measurements and all other production steps in order to meet a strict deadline. “We even requested split shipping to 13 various locations. They overperformed. They were outstanding,” Turk recalls.

With its state-of-the-art equipment, Lowen has been able to continue providing excellent service to thousands of its clients. With a faster turnaround, low pricing and unwavering quality, Lowen offers products that are key to helping any size company promote themselves and grow their business.

“We’re a company that likes to be loyal to our suppliers, and from beginning to end, from order to delivery, they are true to what they promise,” says Turk. “I’ve never found any better.”
