Real Estate Marketing Summit 2011 Scheduled for December

Home News
November 3, 2011
Reading Time: 2 mins read

The Real Estate Marketing Summit 2011 will be held on December 14 and 15, 2011, in San Diego at the Hotel del Coronado. Last year, REMS 2010 was highly successful and this year is expected to be even better, according to 1parkplace, host of the event.

The REMS 2011 will include many topics including:
• HyperLocal blogging and website strategies
• How to DOMINATE Google and other search engines
• Building and managing STEALTH community websites
• Creating your own online real estate news station
• Mastering real estate social marketing
• Brokerage technology adoption strategies
• How to evaluate online advertising and promotion
• Building the bridge between your online and offline marketing
• 10 things you should never do in real estate marketing

Featured speakers at the REMS 2011 will include Steve Hundley, CEO of 1parkplace, Inc.; Krisstina Wise, CEO and Consultant of the GoodLife Team; Allan Dalton, former CEO of REALTOR.com and Greg Neuman, CEO of Neuman & Neuman Real Estate Team, Prudential, CA Realty. There will be over 30 top industry leaders in attendance as well.

The focus of this year’s event will be on real estate marketing technology of the future. Every aspect is examined with the help of those who are perfecting these practices. New systems will be featured for the 2012 marketing strategy that when implemented can be quite beneficial at dominating the marketplace for the ultimate result – generating maximum listings.

The REMS 2011 is for everyone that has an interest in improving their real estate marketing. “Pure Educational Policy” strengthened by the program leadership is what provides the attractive qualities of the REMS, said Hundley. By learning the strategies needed –technology and traditional methods—your real estate business can become the success you desire.

The Hotel del Coronado is one of the most popular beach resorts in America and was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1977. Guests are only a few steps from the Pacific Ocean and the range of rooms includes some with full ocean views. For business, there are few hotels with the options provided by the Hotel del Coronado. The hotel features over 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.

The organizers have also provided an Early Bird discounted rate for attending this year’s REMS to all RISMedia’s readers. They may visit http://realestatemarketingsummit.com/rismedia to take advantage of this special offer. The offer has been extended until November 8, 2011.
