Elite agents will consist of agents that want to close 50-1,000 transactions while performing best in class representation of their clients. Allison James Estates and Homes Elite will provide its agents with systems, relationships, technology, training, marketing, structure, and much more to assist them in closing a substantial amount of transactions.
According to the company, Carpenter has been with Allison James Estates and Homes almost since the inception of the company. The company notes that Carpenter and his team of agents are the top producing team at Allison James Estates and Homes, as well as one of the top producing teams in the country, having closed over 1,000 sales in 2011.
As the managing partner of Allison James Estates and Homes Elite Group, Carpenter will be responsible for managing teams of high producing Elite REALTORS® with strong credentials to sell REO listings, short sales, retail listings, investor flips, buyers, and luxury home sales in every state that Allison James Estates and Homes currently operates.
