The municipal permit information BuildFax collects brings a level of confidence about the construction history of a home, including details on major systems of the house such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, as well as any additions, remodels, foundation repairs, or any of 19 different risk factors, for additional knowledge critical to the home buying and selling process.
