Web-software company, W&R Studios, announced recently that its flagship product, Cloud CMA, is now available through Metrolist Marketplace—a new e-commerce platform Metrolist launched late last year.
According to the company, Cloud CMA is an online report generator designed for real estate professionals to easily create property reports for their buyers and sellers. Reports include a comparative market analysis (CMA), buyer tour, property profile and flyers. These report sets can easily be created and presented on a PC, Mac, iPad or via smartphone.
