Gary Lombardo, formerly the Executive Vice President of Home Security of America has joined Prudential Select Properties as the Vice President of Strategic Development, the company has announced. Gary’s responsibilities will focus on evaluating new growth opportunities including internet lead generation, property management and other areas.
Gary, a native of St. Louis and a graduate of CBC and St. Louis University, brings a wealth of both local and national experience to the company. Gary implemented warranty programs with many of the largest residential real estate companies in the country including Edina Realty, Iowa Realty, Howard Hanna Real Estate, and managed a national sales force with over $38 million in revenue.
The company notes that Gary is well known in the St. Louis real estate community, having been a very successful Territory Manager for Home Security of America for many years before moving to their headquarters in Madison.
