Century 21 Outstanding Homes Joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced today that Century 21 Outstanding Homes has merged its operations with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s West Lake Houston office. Mark and Rebekah Snipp purchased Outstanding Homes in 2008 and have grown the organization to include more than 50 agents. They have developed a strong market share in Northeast Houston and have agents serving every quadrant of the Greater Houston area.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, owned by Mark Woodroof and Marilyn Eiland, is Houston’s leading residential real estate brokerage with closed sales of $1.58 billion in 2011. The brokerage has 20 offices in the Greater Houston area.

“This merger will position the combined organization as one of the market leaders in the Atascocita/Kingwood market,” says Woodroof. “Our companies share common core values and a passion for exceeding both consumer and agent expectations.”

Woodroof says that Mark and Rebekah Snipp will work together as a sales team in the West Lake Houston office. Lisa Dempsey is the West Lake Houston office manager and will lead the combined operation.

“We were looking to grow our business and to have a greater presence in the Houston area,” said Mark Snipp. “With the services and tools that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene offers, we think it is a perfect fit. We like the way they do things and look forward to being a part of their team.”

“We believe this move will bring more opportunities for our agents, allowing them to increase their personal production and take their business to the next level,” says Rebekah. “We are confident we have found that with this dynamic organization.”

Rebekah is a top producer in the Northeast Houston area. She runs in the Houston Marathon to benefit Search Homeless Services, a nonprofit that works to engage, stabilize, educate, employ and house individuals and families who are homeless. In addition to his passion for residential real estate, Mark Snipp is a scout for the Cincinnati Reds.
