RES.NET Introduces Offer Submission Link Tool, Enables Agents to Post Offers to MLS

RES.NET, a provider of software applications connecting real estate professionals and consumers, recently introduced its offer submission link tool, an offer negotiation feature that allows real estate agents using RES.NET’s Agent Portal to post unique Web links to the MLS and other marketing websites.

RES.NET’s offer submission link tool enables buyer’s agents to submit offers to the listing agents directly through the RES.NET platform, instead of mailing or faxing documents. Agents can apply this feature to traditional, REO as well as short sale transactions.

“The ability to post links gives agents ultimate control over the interaction by allowing them to manage negotiations and organize offers and counter offers in one, centralized location,” saysTodd Mobraten, COO and president of RES.NET. “By engaging all parties online through a common platform, all documents and communications become electronic, and the paperless environment this creates results in a significant cost savings and faster closings.”

By initiating the transaction online through RES.NET’s offer submission link capability, agents can maintain an archived database of each offer received and the associated communications.

“RES.NET’s offer submission tool is all about improving efficiency for me and my team,” says Jesse Zagorsky, a San Diego-based real estate agent/broker. “With today’s low inventory, agents are receiving an exceptionally large volume of offers, and they need a tool like the one RES.NET provides to remain organized. The Agent Portal is one of RES.NET’s six interconnected portals that eliminate the communication gaps that occur during a real estate transaction and expedite related processes.
