Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Expands Network into Idaho

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate today announced the addition of the Boise, Idaho-based brokerage 43° North Real Estate to its franchise network. Founded by broker and owner Jeff Martel, the company will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North and will continue servicing the Boise, Nampa and Caldwell Metro areas under his leadership.

“Jeff and his team embrace truly creative approaches to buying and selling real estate, and that innovative way of thinking makes us ideal strategic partners for now and the future,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “With a national shortage of home inventory, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North’s unprecedented expertise in new construction will be a vital asset to its growth.”

Martel launched 43° North Real Estate in 2008 during a volatile real estate market. At this time Martel and his team identified a long-term opportunity to foster new construction relationships through savvy marketing and a relational-based business model – a strategy that has allowed the company to flourish.

“We have fostered a culture of integrity, work ethic, and creative thinking that applies to the full cycle of real estate transactions between developers, builders, consumers, and REALTORS® that is unique in our marketplace,” says Martel. “Due to a thriving job market in Idaho and great home values, we are getting more interest from consumers across the country than ever before. With a strong marketing and real estate background, I knew taking advantage of the brand recognition and impressive arsenal of tools and marketing materials that come with associating with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate would be greatly beneficial to our team.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North prides itself on the company’s dedication to the quality of life that Boise and the larger Treasure Valley community embody and its ability to serve this expanding market.

“Developers and builders of new construction demand innovative and proactive marketing to reach out to what is truly becoming a national market,” says Joe Grubiak, new home sales director at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43° North. “I believe that our association with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will help yield faster sales for our clients and a higher degree of productivity for our agents, and we look forward to our continuing growth with this national brand.”
