A picture is said to be worth a thousand words. But for John D. Curri, CEO/Owner of Curri Properties in Melbourne, Fla., the huge quantities of pictures his agents can post with their listings through Homes.com can be worth thousands of dollars to clients. While inventory is still limited throughout Brevard County, Curri and his team of dedicated agents are taking full advantage of Homes.com’s various interactive marketing tools to take the Florida real estate market by storm.

Having worked with Homes.com since 2009, Curri—who maintains two boutique-style offices, with a third set to open (at press time)—notes that the No. 1 reason his agents are finding so much success with the system is because of the ability to add more pictures than any other Web-based marketing platform. “Providing this portal to agents and clients allows a broker who takes the business seriously to rise to the occasion,” says Curri.

And thanks to Homes.com, even with limited inventory, Curri and his agents have been able to remain highly competitive among the national companies within their market.

“Locally, the inventory is still limited,” says Curri, who explains that in 2009, there were around 8,000 homes for sale in the area. Today, that number has dwindled to about 2,800. “The shortage of inventory we’re experiencing today is partly because new building had stopped, so we’ve been focused on selling existing homes.” However, no matter what the inventory looks like, Homes.com has supported Curri and his agents every step of the way, providing maximum exposure for each of their listings, a surefire way to ensure their clients get top dollar.
