Once you’ve established your goals, following an organized plan can get you to your next level of income faster than you might expect. If you have worked hard to get to where you are now, additional business can manifest itself with less effort and higher profits than what it took to get to last years “baseline.” In this webinar, Move will show you time-saving tools, techniques and applications that enable you to grow your business without sacrificing all of your remaining personal time to build your real estate career.

In this webinar, Move will walk through scenarios where you can manage more customers without significantly increasing the number of working hours each week. By using technology you can be responding to multiple customers in the same day, converting more of them so you can yield more profit for the effort spent, and spend more time closing business vs. prospecting for more customers.

In this session, you will cover:

• Are you paying yourself enough? Agents making $50,000 per year should be careful about how they spend their time; if you value your time at $25/hour or more, you might be better off investing in marketing vs. personally prospecting. Move will take you through examples of how working less may pay you more, by freeing up selling time, and also give you time to rejuvenate.

• Are you prospecting more than selling? Move will show you how to strike the right balance so you don’t lose money by working on the wrong aspects of the business. The focus is on how to reach the right ratio of prospecting time vs. selling time and personal time that equates to your goals.

• Do your systems bring in actual buyers and sellers or just the curious? Move will demonstrate the different types of leads available, and let you decide who you can profitably work with and who should be kept in longer term nurturing programs until they are closer to getting ready to move.

• Is your marketing carrying its weight? By investing in marketing systems, you should be able to achieve greater productivity by investing more capital and less time. But are your systems giving you back more than what you paid? Move will provide you an evaluation tool in the session to calculate whether your systems are paying you back more than what you put in!
