Century 21 Affiliated recently accepted the distinction as the No. 1 Century 21 company by Century 21 Real Estate, LLC, the company announced. Century 21 Affiliated achieved this decoration based on the impressive number of homes they sold in 2013.
Century 21 Affiliated currently operates 58 offices across Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, and Michigan. It is a full-service agency that became part of the Century 21 system in 1979. With over 1200 sales associates, the company was able to close 10,158 transactions resulting in over $1.5 Billion in sales volume in 2013.
The current president of Century 21 Affiliated, Dan Kruse, is no stranger to the real estate industry. After receiving his license as a sophomore in college, selling homes during his summer breaks, he went on to receive his undergrad degree and began taking the industry by storm. In 2013, Kruse’s progressive company launched a new and improved web site, recruited a host of top-producing agents and continued to strengthen their social media use, which have all contributed to the company’s tremendous sales success.

According to Bretz, “achieving the number 1 spot is extremely gratifying. It reassures us that our efforts do pay off in the end and that the market is back on our side.”
Century 21 Affiliated will be honored at the Century 21 Global Conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada between March 17–21, 2014. The conference draws attendees from all over the world to strategize, network and learn about the latest industry tools.
