Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® Deploy Advanced Automated Marketing System

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, the fifth-largest provider of brokerage and related services in the United States, has unveiled the real estate industry’s most advanced automated marketing system.

Developed and powered by Imprev, the new Fox & Roach automated marketing system creates, publishes and distributes unique custom content for every Fox & Roach listing, including mobile-enabled, responsive Single Property Websites, IDX Virtual Tours and YouTube videos—without needing any work from the agent.

“This is a unique innovation in real estate marketing that provides automation, creation and syndication of all our listings,” says Rajeev Sajja, VP, Digital Innovation at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, a perennial technology leader. “We now provide every Fox & Roach agent a suite of agent and company branded marketing materials—completed and published—for every single listing. Agents can update and enhance these materials…or not. The agent decides how much they want to be involved in the marketing of their listings.”

“The big win for the brokerage: ensuring universal brand consistency through automation,” Sajja adds.

The Imprev automation solution, which scales to create hundreds of thousands of projects as needed, is highly configurable in both style and functionality. “Over the last few years we have re-written our entire platform,” says Renwick Congdon, CEO of Imprev. “This latest innovation allows our clients to automate the creation, publishing and distribution of any or all of our products, customized to the exact business rules of the client. No two marketing solutions will ever look the same, nor contain the same content.”

For the Fox & Roach implementation, each single property website is deployed to a custom, Fox & Roach web address (URL), the specific marketing materials created by the system are determined by the price and location of the listing, and every marketing piece is automatically updated whenever listing data is updated, such as a change in price or an open house date.

“And if agents want to add their own personal touch, update photos, wordsmith copy, email content to prospects or post to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest, they can do it anytime from anywhere, since the platform works on all mobile devices,” Sajja explains.

The Imprev automation system is designed to interface with industry standard listing data sources. For Fox & Roach, the integration is with their CoreLogic AgentAchieve CRM platform.

Sajja notes that Fox & Roach selected Imprev because of its proven penchant for quality and its reputation for technology innovation. “I can attest from our experience, Imprev’s reputation is well earned,” Sajja says. “We’re proud to be the first to implement a system that should be a game-changer for real estate marketing,” Sajja says.
