Funny girl Kristen Wiig (“Bridesmaids,” “Anchorman 2”) recently let go of her SoHo “mini-loft.” The New York City space includes two bedrooms and one bathroom spanning over 1,400 square feet. Considering the itty-bitty living spaces typically found throughout the Big Apple, Wiig’s loft really doesn’t seem so “mini” after all.
The home has soaring views of the city skyline, 11.5-foot ceilings, crisp white walls and charcoal colored hardwood floors.
The “Saturday Night Live” star bought the space in 2009 for $1.5 million. Now, the loft is being listed for $2,595,000—a hefty return on investment. Who’s laughing now?
