Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, has announced that affiliated agent Sue DeChambeau with CENTURY 21 Alliance has been inducted into the brand’s coveted CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame. DeChambeau was selected because of her dedication and commitment to both the CENTURY 21 System and her customers. Her consistent high levels of production and extensive community involvement are her hallmarks. She was honored at the CENTURY 21® “Sell Like a Champion” Global Conference in Las Vegas last month where she received a crystal trophy, lapel pin and International Hall of Fame Medallion.

“Sue is a consummate real estate professional and an inspiration for all of us in the CENTURY 21 System,” says Rick Davidson, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “When looking for this year’s Hall of Fame inductees, Sue stood out as someone truly deserving of this recognition. I am thrilled that we acknowledged her many accomplishments.”

The CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame is presented to the most elite independent sales professionals in the CENTURY 21 System. To be considered, independent sales associates must be in the CENTURY 21 System a minimum of 10 years with 8 of those years being at CENTURION® level production, including the current year. CENTURION Producer status in 2013, to reflect market dynamics, was set at adjusted gross commission (AGC) of $199,000 – $397,999 or units sold from 58 – 115. DeChambeau has been a CENTURION or Double CENTURION® sales producer 17 times throughout her career.

“Sue is not only an outstanding sales professional but a fantastic mentor, member of our community and friend,” says Kathy Opperman, broker/owner, CENTURY 21 Alliance. “We are all proud of Sue and her accomplishments as she receives this well-deserved recognition.”

A member of the CENTURY 21 System for more than 26 years, DeChambeau is widely known for her dedication to mentoring new agents. Within the larger real estate community, she has worked with her local Association of REALTORS® on several task forces, contributing significantly to the development of a new program focused on encouraging professionalism among real estate sales associates.

Outside of her real estate work, DeChambeau dedicates her time to volunteer work and nonprofits in her community. For more than 20 years, she has assisted the elderly in her community with transportation, errands and other tasks. DeChambeau also served as Judge of Elections for her township and served on CENTURY 21 Alliance’s Easter Seals Committee for more than 10 years, helping to raise more than $1.3 million for the organization.
