Gentry Realtors, based in Little Ferry, N.J., has announced that it is now a real estate brokerage franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The company will operate as CENTURY 21 Gentry, Realtors®, specializing in residential and commercial real estate in the northern New Jersey area.

“I am pleased to welcome Vincent, Monserrat and the entire CENTURY 21 Gentry, Realtors® team to the CENTURY 21® System,” said Rick Davidson, President and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “We look forward to seeing the company continue to deliver on its commitment to providing exceptional service and connect with more real estate consumers in their market, throughout New Jersey and around the world.”

“Our plan is to leverage the many CENTURY 21 assets to deliver an enhanced customer experience, particularly the revamped Spanish language website,” said Monserrat Moran, co-broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Gentry, Realtors®, whose company has several multilingual agents who partner with Spanish-speaking homebuyers and sellers. “We also look forward to tapping into the comprehensive learning platform and full suite of marketing tools, which will no doubt allow us to better serve our community.”

Ten years ago, co-broker/owner Vincent O’Rourke left his career as a stock broker, received his real estate license and joined Gentry, Realtors®. The brokerage’s nearly 15 sales professionals – several of whom have been with Gentry, Realtors® since its doors opened in 1976 – have helped thousands of families in the northern New Jersey area achieve their dream of home ownership.

“Our team has put professionalism, integrity and superb client service above all else,” said O’Rourke. “We’re thrilled to be a part of the CENTURY 21 family and to be a part of the company’s SMARTER. BOLDER. FASTER.® brand.”

Like all firms in the CENTURY 21 Franchisor System, CENTURY 21 Gentry, Realtors® is independently owned and operated, and will now share the market power and benefit of affiliation with the world’s largest residential real estate franchise sales organization.

CENTURY 21 Gentry, Realtors® serves the buyers and sellers of the northern New Jersey area, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. The brokerage is located at 159 Liberty Street in Little Ferry, N.J. For more information visit http://www.century21gentryrealty.com/.
