Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced today the addition of Southwest Florida-based brokerage Blue Water Realty, Inc. to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gulf Shore will remain under the leadership of owner Aaron Eyerman, who has overseen the company’s consistent growth since its inception in 2010. The brokerage serves the Southwest Florida real estate market, with a targeted focus on Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Port Charlotte, Pine Island, Sanibel, Matlacha, Bokeelia and Bonita.

“There is a natural synergy between our national brand and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gulf Shore through our shared focus on outside-of-the-box solutions and tools that drive strategic growth and awareness,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “We take pride in helping our affiliated agents build their business, and in turn, providing the consumer with an unforgettable experience.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gulf Shore has experienced steady growth in the last five years through its work with luxury clients, first-time and millennial homebuyers and families who are relocating to Southwest Florida. Additionally, for its international clients, the firm boasts real estate professionals who are fluent in many languages, including Spanish, German, Italian and Cantonese.

“The next generation marketing strategies that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate provides will help take our company to the next level in our current marketplace and beyond,” says Eyerman. “Our clients will benefit from the brand’s innovative lifestyle search on bhgre.com, its exceptional real estate and lifestyle content, and the trust and equity that comes with being affiliated with one of America’s most iconic brands.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gulf Shore is focused on enhancing its presence in new developments of luxury, waterfront properties in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and surrounding areas. The brokerage will also continue to support and serve its other local communities across Southwest Florida.
