Engel & Völkers recently announced that George Perez has joined the North America headquarters team as Vice President of Market Development.
Perez will be responsible for the expansion and development of the Engel & Völkers North America’s Northeast and Midwest markets.

Perez brings more than 17 years of experience in the real estate franchising industry in both domestic and international marketplaces, with extensive experience developing real estate brands in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Central America, the Middle East, North Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe. He had previously been with Realogy Corporation where he was the Director of International Development and Servicing overseeing the development of their real estate brands overseas, Brookfield Real Estate Services Director of International Development where he was a Contractor, Wyndham Hotel Group where he was a Senior Manager of Global Sales, and most recently Rita’s Water Ice Franchise Company where he was Manager of Sales Operations.
