Realogy Holdings Corp. recently announced Avenue as the grand prize winner of the 2015 Realogy FWD Innovation Summit held at the Mission Bay Conference Center at the University of California, San Francisco.
Avenue is a real-time smartphone app that quickly connects real estate agents with consumers 24/7 with free advice about buying or selling real estate. The company earned top honors at FWD for presenting the most innovative technology product or service designed for the real estate industry among the 15 emerging technology companies that competed for the $25,000 cash award. The competition took place in front of a crowd of 225 executives and franchisees from across Realogy and its brands. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Avenue is a venture of ReadyChat Inc.
