Adam Middleton

Adam Middleton helped take Stone Martin Builders into the future when he was promoted to director of innovation in 2022, where he evaluates, develops, and implements new and improved systems/processes to increase functionality and efficiency across the company. 

In his role, Middleton created a new database and tracking tool that accurately predicted subcontractor capacity, making it possible for the company to forecast its demand and meet goals. He also was responsible for creating and developing the company’s new scheduling process, improving the workload balance for their team.
