In 2021, Aman Daro helped Red Oak Realty take a leadership position in the real estate brokerage community to become the first one in the San Francisco Bay Area to be both green-certified and carbon-neutral. “Our world is facing environmental challenges that will radically alter the future for all of humanity,” he says. “The real estate industry must take a new approach and use its relationships and influence to make change happen, from the vendors we choose to work with to the education we share with our buyers and sellers.” 

He has also led a massive campaign to educate businesses and local residents and encourage them to take similar actions.
