For the third straight year, The State of Housing Report in Charlotte was presented, and Anne Marie DeCatsye’s leadership was critical to its success. She was instrumental in establishing the comprehensive, data-driven report, helping to not only fund it, but facilitate access to Canopy MLS data, the best property-sale information in the market. “I am hopeful the report will be replicated for the other MSAs that are part of Canopy,” DeCatsye says. “In addition, I hope to pursue other research studies through CKCRE, or to otherwise utilize MLS data, to better serve both MLS participants and consumers.”

A leader in modernizing delivery of MLS data, DeCatsye’s focus for consumer education and impactful leadership with the public have helped her thrive. She also holds a variety of national MLS leadership posts, including secretary/treasurer on the Council of MLSs Board of Directors, corporate secretary for MLS Grid and Canopy MLS representative on the MLS Roundtable.
