In 2022, Austin Zaback, CEO and founder of Zaback Group, created OneRoof Real Estate, a solutions-based company that provides personalized, hands-on assistance to clients buying and selling homes. He also created Zaback University to provide training for the company’s agents and streamline their success.

Zaback attained ICON Agent status and became an ICON Certified Mentor with eXp Realty. In addition, eXp’s office in Scottsdale, Arizona, became an Official eXp Realty Branch Office registered through the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Zaback is proud of his roles as a mentor, friend, and educator. He shares his knowledge to help others buy and sell real estate and to help young agents overcome their fears and self-limiting beliefs so they can succeed in the industry.
