On top of mentoring new and experienced agents and spearheading their success, Beth DiLoreto strongly believes in supporting the communities she and her company serves.
In 2021, she and her team raised over $72,000 for the Sunshine Kids, an organization dedicated to helping children with cancer. They also volunteered multiple times for Habitat for Humanity, held a diaper drive for area shelters and hosted a food drive for St. Isaac Jogues Food Pantry in East Hartford, Connecticut.
“My mission statement is to positively impact everyone in my life, whether through personal or business connections,” says DiLoreto. “There is nothing that fills my bucket more than seeing the REALTORS® who have been with—or have recently joined—my office grow and thrive.”
In addition to her charity work, her office not only welcomed 70 new and experienced agents, but improved closed sales volume by 73.4% and increased profit 106.9% since 2019.
