In 2025, Brian Tepfer led PropStream through a pivotal year of expansion and innovation, strengthening its position as a comprehensive real estate data and marketing platform. One of his most significant accomplishments was the acquisition of Batch Leads and Batch Dialer, which expanded PropStream’s feature set, added new customers, and enhanced lead generation and communication capabilities. He also introduced new annual plans and pricing that included free skip tracing for homeowner contact information, increasing accessibility and value for users.

Under Tepfer’s leadership, PropStream rolled out advanced artificial intelligence analytics, delivered a major user interface and user experience upgrade across mapping, search and results, and expanded partnerships with MLS organizations to support broader market reach. These enhancements were designed to help real estate professionals work more efficiently while making data easier to act on.

“The platform and tools we provide at PropStream allows our customers the ability to become real estate entrepreneurs, become financially independent or even provide supplemental income.” says Tepfer.

With more than two decades in real estate technology, Tepfer previously held senior technology and executive roles where he helped pioneer cloud-based association management systems and advance data standards through the Real Estate Standards Organization. Since becoming CEO of PropStream in 2023, he has guided the company through shifting market conditions while continuing to grow its user base and influence within organized real estate.
