Teamwork makes the dream work. For Carrie Greco Lukins and Preston Smith, the dream this year was not just supporting their team of 60 agents to enormous success, but also making their community a happier, safer place for everyone. Through their charity, 719 Heroes, Greco Lukins and Smith paid out $1.7 million this year in charitable contributions and direct support for military veterans, first responders and other local heroes who risked their safety this year.

They also lead a campaign alongside Mt. Carmel Veteran’s Service Center to end veteran homelessness. While making all these wonderful things happen Greco Lukins and Smith saw their business grow by leaps and bounds, opening a new office and launching new commercial and property management divisions.
