Charles Williams is the founder and CEO of Buyside, a data analytics and marketing firm dedicated to helping real estate brokers tap into data, an often-overlooked asset that can be used to generate substantial profits. Williams and his team focus on agents and provide them with the tools they need to connect with consumers in any price range and location. Buyside looks at a multitude of sources and aggregates data when prospective buyers view homes and engage in other online actions related to real estate. This information is used to derive actionable insights and develop intelligent marketing tools. 

One of the most notable of Buyside’s assets is the home valuation tool, which quantifies demand pricing power and important marketplace trends. Buyside can help brokers generate leads, list properties, find the most qualified and transaction-ready buyers, close more transactions, and do so in less time. Williams earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University. He is the proud father of two energetic young boys.
