Leading the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) outreach and engagement efforts with organizations including local and state associations, MLSs, global partners and NAR’s institutes, societies and councils, Charlie Dawson strives to influence and support success for today’s real estate professionals. In 2022, his demonstrated influence and leadership excellence resulted in enhanced services and relevance for members, as well as the creation of NAR’s first ever Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic plan.
