Chris Lim oversees the national expansion of @properties. Under the leadership of Lim and @properties co-founders Thad Wong and Mike Golden, the company onboarded franchises in Michigan, Texas, Wisconsin and Indiana in 2021—with more new franchises expected.

In addition, in August 2021, Plat Collective of Indianapolis joined and became @properties’ fourth and largest franchise to date. Lim and his team achieved all of this while dealing with the challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As someone who has owned my own brokerage, I’m passionate about helping other broker/owners,” Lim says. “I feel very fortunate to have found a new home with @properties, which aligned perfectly with my philosophy and core values.”
