In 2025, Taylor led agent-focused innovation tied to Zillow’s Summer Launch, unveiling a suite of new tools designed to elevate service from first showing through final offer. A standout release was SkyTour, a cutting-edge aerial experience that provides buyers with a 360-degree exterior view of a property and its surroundings. Offered on Zillow Showcase listings, the feature gives agents a powerful new way to highlight location and context. Taylor also guided the Follow Up Boss team in launching advanced artificial intelligence capabilities, including client insights that help agents identify when buyers or sellers may be ready to act so they can engage at precisely the right moment.
