Dana Green is the founder and leader of the Dana Green Team at Compass. In 2024, she achieved notable milestones, including receiving the prestigious Five Star Professional Customer Satisfaction Award for the 12th consecutive year. In 2024, Green’s team achieved record-breaking sales, which she attributes to a deep understanding of the market and a team of specialists dedicated to client success. The year prior, she co-authored The Real Estate Team Playbook and helped advise and inspire other REALTORS® through speaking engagements and collaboration.
