As the challenges of the pandemic continued throughout 2021, Dan Forsman led over 1,600 associates and 26 branch offices to reach higher levels. With 35 years in the real estate industry, his dedication to helping his team grow has never waivered. A year after the company experienced its best year yet in sales, Forsman was recognized as Broker of the Year by the Global Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Affiliate Network.

He also received numerous other awards, including the Industry Icon in Modern Luxury Interiors Magazine’s Real Estate Awards, Most Admired CEO from the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was inducted into RISMedia’s Newsmakers Hall of Fame. In addition to these awards in 2021, Forsman has received the BHHS Elite Circle Award every year since 1992.
