In 2021, Dawn Pfaff and her team launched MHAuthority.com, a premier website for manufactured housing listings, and adopted what3words, a free app that guides users to precise locations. Her team partnered with MLS Affiliate, Inc., to create the MLS Affiliate program, which provides financial rewards for members who refer customers who purchase services from My State MLS.

Pfaff and My State MLS partnered with The CE Shop, which provides online courses for real estate professionals, and with Brevitas, an industry-leading syndication platform for commercial listings. In addition, Pfaff launched a podcast.
