In 2025, Elisa Cho solidified her reputation as a transformative force in the real estate industry, championing a holistic approach that bridges professional excellence with systemic well-being. Now in her second year as broker/owner of the boutique independent firm Echo Realty, Cho has successfully expanded her influence across Northern New Jersey and into the New York market. Beyond her brokerage, she holds key leadership positions on the Boards of Directors for both the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR).

Cho’s most profound impact this past year came through her role as the immediate past chair of GBR’s Health, Wellness & Safety Council. Under her guidance, the 2nd Annual Wellness Expo saw a 36% increase in participation, delivering over 543 individual screenings to real estate professionals. Leveraging her background in nursing and public service—including six years on the Fort Lee Board of Education—Cho has pioneered monthly mental health campaigns and safety outreach programs that have become a national model for association-led wellness.
