Throughout 2022, Emily Norris made valuable contributions to Harry Norman, REALTORS® in her newly appointed role of vice president of culture and operations. She has spearheaded many highly-impactful programs, including leading the launch of a new company-wide program, KeyPleaz, an outsourcing platform for real estate professionals to unlock instant access to the entire Harry Norman agent base.
The initiatives launched in 2022 contribute to the company’s culture, professional development services and agent success, building on a variety of programs she has spearheaded throughout her tenure at the company. This includes the implementation and facilitation of Agent Accelerate, a 25-hour post-license course, Agent Accelerate NOW, a digital on-demand learning platform, and Ninja Selling, a training system with more than 400 graduates since its launch.
Norris prioritizes relational mentorships, connecting new agents to tenured agents for one-on-one mentoring, as well as group programs tailored to specific career paths. She also led the launch of two major mastermind groups in 2022: Agents Continuing Excellence (ACE) and Luxury Leaders.
