In 2025, Eric Fite played a pivotal role in positioning his family-owned real estate business for long-term, multi-generational success. As COO, Fite led a comprehensive internal reorganization designed to better align affiliated businesses, increase capture rates across core services and strategically expand into new real estate–adjacent ventures. This effort laid the foundation for scalable growth while reinforcing the company’s commitment to world-class service.
A cornerstone of this transformation was the development of a new holding company structure, enabling greater operational synergy and flexibility for future expansion. Under Fite’s leadership, the organization also transitioned its brokerage into the third generation of leadership in its 88-year history, an important milestone that balanced innovation with legacy.
Fite further advanced the company’s operational excellence by modernizing its communication and productivity systems, and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, data insights and agent productivity. In addition, he oversaw the expansion of the company’s title operation into Oklahoma, extending the firm’s footprint and service capabilities.
“I enjoy working with incredible people who are focused on delivering quality service to our clients, and seeing people on our team achieve their objectives and dreams,” says Fite about what drives him. “I grew up in a real estate family and focused my education on business. I am proud to have worked in our family business for 23 years and to have been involved in its success over that time.”
