Erika Gileo

With a background in accounting and legal administration, Erika Gileo brings a unique skill set to her role as COO of EXIT Realty Corp. International. She is able to turn a creative vision into systems and processes that benefit the company’s thousands of associates.

 Throughout 2023, Gileo helped advance the footprint of EXIT in key strategic areas of the U.S. and Canada, creating opportunities for the right people to put their proven skills to work to grow the brand in new markets. She continues to lead by example, mentoring leaders throughout the company and ultimately putting the client experience first.
