Erle Morring

Sherri Johnson is the name of the company and its leader, but Erle Morring—joining the company this past year from RealtySouth—is already making his presence known. Many of the company’s numerous coaching columns (some published at RISMedia) bear his byline and insights. What better way to shape the future than by guiding others toward it? However, Morring says it’s small memories that are the best part of the game for him.

“My favorite part of this career is ‘that moment,’” says Morring. “That moment a client finds the perfect property they want to call home. That moment a client gets the keys to his or her home. That moment a new agent closes their first deal. That moment a seasoned agent hits an all-time sales record.  That moment the longest-serving agent in the office decides to retire and enjoy the fruits of her labor. That moment a broker lands the biggest recruit in town. That moment an office or company hits their sales goals. ‘That moment’ is when something special and meaningful happens to someone around me. It’s something that truly changes their lives for the better, and I hope I’ve played a little role in it. To me, that’s what this career is all about.”
