This past year, Frank Malpica and his team grew Expansion Brands by launching two brand value and agent commissions calculators to equip companies for recruiting and retention–new recruiting events “Attract” and a quarterly content series “Activate” to provide brokers a forum and tips on recruiting related topics and to share best-practices.
Malpica and his team also vastly improved productivity when they introduced a new mobile lead generation program, a new client satisfaction survey tool that automatically creates/distributes posts to social media and new text leads platforms, as well as automated video and client follow up programs in Spanish.
“The people in this business: brokers, agents, and clients are why I get out of bed every day,” shared Malpica. “The product: our brands, the tools we provide, the agents in our networks and the homes they sell. The problems in our industry are too plentiful to name, but incredibly rewarding when they are solved, evidenced by the client stories shared on social media.”
