Bringing over a decade of executive mastery to the premier luxury brand, Swartzman is charged with overseeing global strategy and expansion for a network that spans more than 100 member firms across 50 countries. His appointment comes at a pivotal moment following the brand’s integration into the Compass ecosystem, where he is leveraging his extensive background in mergers and acquisitions to accelerate growth and fortify the network’s worldwide presence.

Prior to Christie’s, Swartzman served as CEO of Peerage Realty Partners, where he spent 11 years transforming the firm into one of North America’s top 10 brokerage companies. A respected voice on market transparency and the value of trusted advisors, Swartzman has consistently advocated for integrity-driven business models that prioritize long-term client relationships over short-term gains.
