With the continuing challenges of the pandemic throughout 2021, Gino Blefari knew he and his network needed to continue to adapt. Realizing that migrating to a predominantly virtual method of communication just wasn’t enough, he led his management team, real estate teams and individual agents in remaining professionally active within their communities.
