In 2021, Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna IV led the development of multiple strategic partnerships and acquisitions, including one involving The F.C. Tucker Company in June. Hanna’s leadership has also empowered Howard Hanna Real Estate Services’ sister companies to expand by acquiring smaller brokerages in their regions.

Hanna has been instrumental in the company’s adoption of industry-leading and top-of-class technology that helps both agents and consumers. He also supports the use of omni channel marketing to promote the brand and its agents in several markets. The spring 2021 campaign had a total of nearly 8.5 million weekly impressions among the target demographic.

Hanna serves on the Board of Directors of MoxiWorks, a technology company that specializes in real estate productivity tools, and ParkOhio Holding Corp., a global industrial holding company that provides integrated supply chain services.
