Jeff Murtaugh

President and chief executive officer of Realty Executives Arizona, Jeff Murtaugh, has not only achieved tremendous expansion through 2020, but also enhanced the culture of his brokerage and improved the REALTOR® experience for hundreds of agents.

At the beginning of 2020, Murtaugh led the merger of Realty Executives Tucson with Realty Executives Northern Arizona, now covering large markets throughout Northern and Southern Arizona, hosting over 600 agents. He ensures that his hand-selected staff provides unwavering support to agents, creating a sharing and engaging office environment.

Rather than treating his company as a corporation, Murtaugh sees it as a 600-person family, treating each agent with trust and respect as entrepreneurs who own and run their own business.
