Jemila Winsey

In 2025, Jemila Winsey solidified her influence as one of real estate’s most impactful thought leaders, driving progress at the intersection of brokerage operations, agent empowerment and industry strategy.

As vice president of U.S. brokerage operations at Real Brokerage, she oversaw compliance, growth and operational strategy across more than 18 states, supporting thousands of agents within one of the industry’s fastest-scaling brokerage models. In 2025, Winsey was appointed vice chair of strategic planning for Texas REALTORS®, helping shape long-term vision and policy for more than 150,000 association members statewide.

Beyond her national and statewide leadership roles, Winsey expanded her reach through education and advocacy. She launched Booked & Busy™: The $250K Blueprint educational platform, helping agents reach over $250K in gross commission income without burnout; in its first year, the “Booked & Busy” Society has attracted about a thousand members. Her influence also extends to social media, where she educates and inspires nearly 55,000 real estate professionals and entrepreneurs through storytelling and actionable coaching.
