Jerry Legrand redefined the technological landscape for APEX MLS in 2025, spearheading a series of transformative initiatives that bolstered data integrity and member engagement. Most notably, Legrand launched an innovative compliance software and process that achieved a 40% reduction in data errors, ensuring over 6,000 real estate professionals have access to the highest quality MLS data. He further expanded the organization’s reach by developing a dedicated commercial platform for 1,000 CIE members and directing a comprehensive rebranding to APEX MLS, which introduced a modernized suite of digital assets and marketing tools.
With more than two decades of IT leadership, including his tenure as CTO for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors® since 2011, Legrand is a recognized authority on MLS policy and innovation. A 2025 graduate of the CMLX3 program and a recipient of the 2025 FBS Bev Reed Award, he actively shapes industry standards through his work on the National Association of Realtors®’ Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee.
