Jim Fischetti

With a signature mix of empathy, experience and motivational power, Jim Feschetti inspires “NextHomies” to achieve their goals, while having a little fun along the way. He has spent his career transforming brokerages into their region’s highest achievers.

 In 2022, Fischetti led the launch of The Academy, a comprehensive coaching and accountability program that is deeply embedded in the NextHome ecosystem, which has already graduated 135 NextHomies. In the fall, he introduced a new series of courses with program topics ranging from recruiting and retention, creating listing-based business, building a database and creating predictable income. 

“I love working with NextHome members to help them grow their production and profitability while staying true to our Humans Over Houses goal of putting people first,” says Fischetti. “People matter and I get to work with them so that they can help the people that matter to them.”
