Josh Harley ended his tenure as CEO of Fathom late in 2023, but he went out on an eventful year. He oversaw an expansion of the company’s network and agent count, moving against industry headwinds in the process and leaving future leaders of the company on solid footing to succeed him.

 “At some point in everyone’s life, they’ve said to themselves, ‘I want to be rich and famous,’ and I was no different,” says Harley. “However, the most rewarding part of my career has not been recognition or money. It has been watching others grow to their full potential. It has been awe-inspiring to help change the lives of so many of our agents. I realized long ago that if you are unsure what your calling is, start by serving others, and you will quickly know the answer. We are called to serve, and when you answer that calling, not only are you helping others, but you will also be rewarded with far more than money or fame.”
