Jozette Herrera

Jozette Herrera is an agent with Keller Williams Houston Preferred in Pearland, Texas. Herrera is on the board of directors of the Opioid Awareness Foundation, a 501(c)(3) centered on combating the opioid crisis, from education and prevention through to treatment.

A native of New York, Herrera was born in the crack era, when she was exposed to the damage drugs can inflict on lives and loved ones. At the Opioid Awareness Foundation, she is focused on helping others impacted by opioids, applying her expertise toward managing the operations of the organization.

Among its initiatives, the Opioid Awareness Foundation distributes Narcan, which blocks the effects of opioids, to organizations without the ability to secure it themselves, and funds research for treatment.
