Katrina Helmkamp

As president and chief executive officer of the Cartus Corporation, Katrina Helmkamp leads Realogy’s relocation services segment, the leading global provider of outsourced employee relocation services.

In 2020, her responsibilities expanded to oversee the Realogy Leads Team with focus on redesigning and realigning the approach to drive high-quality leads to the firm’s affiliated agents. Helmkamp’s mission is to accelerate growth by doubling the volume of leads through product innovation while building and expanding relationships with relocation management companies, mortgage lenders and member programs. Additionally, she helped launch the AARP® Real Estate Benefits program for Realogy, the first-ever real estate benefits program for 38 million AARP® members.
