Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties

In 2024, Kelly Silver, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ senior vice president of marketing, reorganized the in-house marketing team, known as “The Agentcy,” to let members play to their strengths. Despite staff reductions, the company boosted productivity and saved money.
Silver’s team provided a variety of resources to help agents navigate changes resulting from the NAR settlement last year. They also launched an all-new corporate website.

Silver and her team received the National TITAN Platinum Award for Best Marketing Team and Gold Award for Top Real Estate Marketing. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties won the HomeServices of America Diversity Champion Award.

“The most rewarding part of my career is and always has been mentoring, growing and helping my marketing teams succeed, together and individually. I have worked extremely hard to create a culture of mutual respect and freedom where collaboration rules the day,” says Silver. “We break the creative molds in real estate marketing, and it’s successful, and we have fun doing it. Marketing is not a science, and every day I come to work thinking about the next best thing and how we can accomplish a goal, solve a challenge or help our agents. I love what I do.”
